Digby is a multi-model AI chat platform that queries multiple AI models simultaneously and synthesises their responses into a single, personalised answer. The Service includes chat functionality, file analysis, memory personalisation, project organisation, and related features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures.

5. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by the Service are produced by third-party AI models and synthesised by Digby. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You should not rely on AI responses as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify important information independently.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content as necessary to provide the Service. The Digby platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Usage Limits

Certain features, such as Deep Research, may have daily usage limits. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Abuse of the Service may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
